The Network's Medical Review Board has adopted the following goals based on a review of Clinical Performance Measures (CPM) and other clinical data sets.

% Pts with mean hemoglobin of 10.0-12.0 g/dL	60% or more
% Pts with mean hemoglobin <10.0 g/dL	4% or less
% Pts with mean serum albumin 4.0/3.7 (BCG/BCP) or more	40% or more
