The Northwest Renal
Network is a private, independent, non-profit corporation that monitors the
quality of care given to kidney dialysis and transplant patients in Alaska,
Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Our page on

Our 2003-2006 Quality Improvement Project is part of the
Fistula First National Vascular Access Improvement Initiative
for increasing the use of AVFistulas.   Here's a
patient's perspective on the benefits of AVFs.
Our 2002 Quality Improvement Project was Back to the Basics: Increasing the Use of
Arterial Venous Fistulas in Hemodialysis Patients.  
You'll find the final report and a list of
useful materials for increasing fistula use.  
Our 2001 Quality Improvement Project was Verifying
the Consistency of Delivered Dose of Dialysis.

about the quality of care, and has a formal
grievance process. Here we've included a summary
of our grievance protocol and a copy of our Model
Treatment Agreement.
