A DVD Practicum for Surgeons Placing AV Fistulae

Northwest Renal Network purchased the enclosed CD/DVD set for distribution to vascular access surgeons and interventionalists in our five state region.  A set is also being provided to the Medical Director of each of our dialysis facilities for use in-house and to support collaborative efforts with local nephrologists and vascular access clinicians to increase the use of AV fistulas in our hemodialysis population.
