Hood River OR Nurse Manager Providence is looking for a Hemodialysis Clinic Manager.  As a Nurse Manager, you will be accountable for the planning, direction, and operations of Dialysis Department.  You’ll support collaboration and quality improvements that increase patient care.  As a member of the Providence team, you’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-driven organization that is committed to its employees and the communities we serve.  This is a full-time, day-shift position in a 12-station, outpatient dialysis clinic.   REQUIREMENTS - Education: Degree may be substituted by three or more years work experience requiring knowledge of operations to include staffing and scheduling, budget management and workflow planning.  Licenses/Certifications: Current license as RN in the state of Oregon and CPR certification.  Experience: Two or more years previous RN management level experience. Two or more years work experience in a Dialysis Unit required or Dialysis certification. Two or more years experience working as a CCU or ACU RN with demonstrated assessment capabilities.
