Network Prevalent-Patient AVF Rate Up, Incident-Patient Rate Remains Low

Interim Report on Mailing of Incident-Patient AVF Rates

Public Comment Sought on New State Survey Guidelines for Dialysis Facilities

Prevalent AVF-in-Use Rate Up, Incident AVF-in-Place Rate Down
